Duotrix is the first Community game to be released by the excellent pairing of Binary Zoo and Caffeine Monster Software.
As anyone who has experienced either developer’s games before now will already expect, it’s not just your run of the mill colour matching game. Rather than simply drop blocks, you find yourself in control of incoming blocks on a dual sided board. Guide each sides blocks simultaneously to make a match.
Not only is it quite the compulsive game, but it’s visually luscious to boot with almost Minter-esque effects smearing across the screen as you create your matches.
Fear not those of a more nervous disposition as the effects can be turned down. Where’s the fun in that though, eh?
Duotrix is available for 400 MS Points.
This title was 400 Points at the time of writing this review but has since been reduced to 80 Points.

Thanks for the comments oddbob. Much appreciated.
OT, but great job with the site too. I’m sure it will prove invaluable to gamers and a little bit of extra exposure for us developers can’t do any harm.
Cheers.
Ta Fog,
Hopefully when the NXE goes live proper the rest of the folks will be able to contribute so that it’s not all my work.
Unfortunately, I’m the only one on staff with access to it currently so y’know…
And top work to you and Mo on the game. You’ve got a sale from me as soon as I’ve whacked some points on next week!

I’ve been hassling fog for yonks to do some stuff for the 360 and then when he (and Mo) finally does, my bloody Xbox is MIA
Seriously guys, a big congrats to both of you – definitely getting this when I’m set up again
